Vancouver people comment on Xin Shi aka "Cici Shi" warning

Public safety, public interest, warning.  People with mental disorders (e.g. biploar, unipolar, depression) and/or drug addiction, are arguably unpredictable, and many parents and mental health counselors opine that such people should not be around young children. About Xin Shi aka Cici Shi aka Shi Tian aka Easter Shi aka Summer Tian aka Cece Shi, who works in the payroll department at the North Vancouver Recreation Commission, in the North Vancouver District, while running her own business, "Golden Sun Face Painting" and "Golden Sun Balloon Twisting", for kids parties, in Marpole, Vancouver BC.  These are the public's comments.
